Free standard shipping is offered on:

International orders over $500
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to remote delivery locations, adverse weather conditions, high order volumes, sales events, holiday periods, or promotional campaigns.
Customers are expected to sign for delivered goods. Our delivery partners may also offer contactless delivery upon request. Please note that deliveries are not restricted to a named recipient, and any individual present at the designated delivery address may sign for the package. We cannot be held responsible for packages signed for and subsequently lost or misplaced at the delivery location.
If no one is available to receive the package, our delivery partners may attempt redelivery. Undelivered packages that remain unclaimed may be returned to our warehouse.
Orders may be shipped in eco-friendly packaging during promotional and sales periods. All items are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in discreet, recyclable packaging.
Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery during sales periods and peak seasons.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and other charges imposed by their local authorities.

International shipments may be inspected by customs authorities and may experience delays beyond our control.

Refunds will only be considered in cases where an item is received damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered. Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, together with supporting photographs and order details.
